The new NIC web site has a host of features that were designed to improve and enhance the ordering process. There are also some changes that might appear confusing or cumbersome during this transition phase. Please note that many repeat orders cannot be immediately downloaded into the new ordering system. This is because not all order detail is available from the old system.
